The term ‘Feedback’ is defined as information about reactions to a product, a person’s performance of a task, etc. which is used as a basis for improvement.

Feedback occurs when a person or persons react to an action or behavior. An example is the term Customer Feedback which refers to the buyers’ reaction to a company’s products, services or policies. Employee performance feedback, on the other hand, is the employees’ reaction to feedback from their supervisor.
